Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
You can switch between subscription tiers at any time from Settings → Subscriptions & Billing → Switch Plan.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately.
When you switch to a higher tier:
- Your new credit allocation and contact limits apply right away
- Credits are adjusted based on what you've already used in the current billing period
- You get immediate access to higher limits and more credits
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
When you switch to a lower tier:
- You keep your current tier's benefits for the remainder of the period you've already paid for
- At your next renewal, the new (lower) tier's credits and limits apply
- This ensures you get the full value of what you've already paid
Example
If you upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle:
- New credits and limits apply immediately
- You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period
If you downgrade to a lower tier:
- You keep your current tier's benefits until your next billing date
- On your next renewal, you're charged the lower rate and receive that tier's credits
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my contacts if I downgrade? No. Your existing contacts are preserved. However, if you exceed the lower tier's contact limit, you won't be able to upload new contacts until you're below the limit (by deleting some or upgrading again).
What happens to my active batches if I downgrade? Active batches continue to send normally. The downgrade only affects your credit allocation and limits going forward.
Can I upgrade and downgrade multiple times? Yes, you can change plans whenever you want from Settings.
