How It Works (Quick Overview)

1. Upload your contacts — Import a CSV or add contacts manually

3. Approve your batch — Review and schedule your cards
4. We handle the rest — Cards are automatically printed, addressed, and mailed via USPS First Class Mail on each contact's special date

Your Home Dashboard

After logging in, your Home dashboard shows a snapshot of your account:

• Welcome banner — Personalized greeting with a "Start Sending" button
• Stats overview — Four clickable cards showing: Total Mailers, Delivered, Scheduled, and Failed counts. Click any stat to see which batches contribute to that number.
• Timeline — When your next card is scheduled to send, and when the last one was sent
• Quick actions — Jump to Send Birthday Cards, View Batches, or Manage Contacts
• Payment alert — If any cards have a "Payment Failed" status, an alert banner appears prompting you to add credits
