Settings & Profile
Go to Settings in the sidebar to manage your profile, return address, credits, and subscription.
Profile
Basic Info
- First name, last name
- Phone
Photos
- Headshot — Your profile photo, used in card templates that have a headshot slot
- Logo — Your company or brand logo, used in card templates that have a logo slot
- You can upload, change, or remove photos at any time
Professional Info
- Professional title (e.g., "Licensed Real Estate Agent")
- Company name
- Team name
- License number
- Website URL
- Zillow URL
- Bio
This information can be pulled into your card designs automatically through system templates.
Return Address
The return address printed on your postcards. You can set:
- Name (as it appears on the return label)
- Street address, city, state, zip
If you don't configure a return address, Magic Mailer's default address is used.
Credits
Shows your current credit balances:
- Stamps — How many mailer credits you have available
- Birthday Finder — How many enrichment credits remain
If your subscription is canceled, credits show as locked (with a red lock icon). Reactivate your subscription to unlock them.

Subscriptions & Billing
Three tabs:
- Active Subscriptions — Your current plan, price, billing period, and status
- Past Subscriptions — History of previous subscriptions
- Transactions — Payment history with amounts and dates
From here you can:
- Switch plan — Upgrade or downgrade
- Cancel subscription — Takes effect at end of billing period
- Undo cancellation — If you change your mind before the period ends
