Magic Mailer offers two ways to reach us: a support request form for help with issues, and a feedback form to share ideas.

Submitting a Support Request

Go to Support in the sidebar.

Fill out the form:

  • Category — Choose one:
    • Technical Issue
    • Billing & Credits
    • Account Help
    • General Question
  • Priority — How urgent is this?
    • Low — General inquiry
    • Medium — Issue affecting your work
    • High — Urgent or blocking issue
  • Subject — A brief description of the issue
  • Description — Detailed explanation (minimum 10 characters)
  • Screenshots — Optionally attach up to 5 images (max 10MB each) to help us understand the issue

Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.

Sharing Feedback

Go to Feedback in the sidebar.

We love hearing from you! Use this form to:

  • Request a feature — Tell us what you'd like to see
  • Suggest an improvement — Help us make existing features better
  • Report a bug — Let us know if something isn't working right
  • General feedback — Anything else on your mind
