Template & Design Issues
My template preview isn't showing
Previews are generated automatically and may take a moment. If the preview shows as "rendering":
- Wait a few seconds — it should appear shortly
- If it remains stuck, try saving the template again
- Check your internet connection
How do I change the text on my card?
It depends on the type of back side you chose:
- System template back — Go to the template editor (Designs → click the template → Edit). You'll see editable text fields on the right side (agent name, greeting message, phone, etc.). Change the text and save.
- Image back — If you used a custom image for the back, there are no editable text fields. The image is printed exactly as uploaded. To change the text, you'd need to edit the image in an image editor and re-upload it.
How do I change my headshot or logo on a card?
- Go to Settings and upload a new headshot or logo in the Photos section
- Then go to Designs → click the template → Edit
- Find the headshot or logo image variable and select your new image
Alternatively, you can select any image from your library for the headshot/logo slot — it doesn't have to be the one from your Settings profile.
Can I use my own images?
Absolutely! You can upload any image you want (up to 10MB per image) for use as:
- Card front designs
- Card back designs
- Headshots, logos, or other assets within system templates
Upload images from the Designs → Images tab, or directly during template creation in the Send wizard.
What image sizes work best?
For best results with 4×6 postcards:
- Use high-resolution images for the sharpest print quality
- JPEG or PNG format
- Max file size: 10MB
I changed my template but my active batch still shows the old design
Template customizations are locked in when a batch is approved. Editing the original template after batch approval does NOT affect mailers already created from it.
To update the design for future cards in an active batch:
- Go to the batch details
- Click "Change Template"
- Select the updated template (or a new one)
This only affects future scheduled mailers — cards already sent or in production are not changed.
